About

I believe the right person, in the right place, with the right tools can move an organization further in a year than committees move it in a decade. Over eight years in mining technology and continuous improvement, I've tested that belief—leading transformations across $300M+ in validated improvements, authoring AI strategies, and building the systems that made it real.

Currently, I lead the global Continuous Improvement function at OceanaGold Corporation, where I've enabled site teams across four continents to identify and deliver their own improvements. I also build AI systems—from production MCP servers to local-first tools—because I've found that a well-placed technical capability can multiply what a team achieves tenfold.

I believe in the pursuit of excellence—not for its own sake, but because I want to discover what becomes possible when you bring the right people, systems, and ideas together. I build things that help others move mountains.
